The first phase of our mobility, titled 'Using SDGs in Youth Work,' organized within the scope of our Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation, took place in Kayseri from July 24 to July 31, 2023. A total of 52 participants from 5 different countries participated in the mobility.
During the training, work was conducted on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which is the main theme of the project. A roadmap and guide for using the SDGs in youth work were developed during the program.
As a part of the training program, Faik Yılmaz, affiliated with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees delivered a seminar on the United Nations and Sustainable Development Goals on July 26, 2023. On July 27, 2023, a visit was organized at Kayseri Chamber of Commerce. On July 28, 11th President, Mr. Abdullah Gül, joined the program and met with participants. On July 29, as part of cultural day, groups had the opportunity to exhibite cultural elements from their respective countries. During the culture day, young people from high schools affiliated with the Kocasinan District National Education Directorate. The program, which continued with presentations, concluded with evaluations.
