Within the scope of the project jointly organized by our University, Kayseri Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, ski training was organized in Erciyes for children staying with their mothers in Bünyan Closed Women's Prison.
Kayseri Chief Public Prosecutor Habib Korkmaz, Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor Ömer Demirgöz, Public Prosecutor Ahmet İhsan Koç, Provincial Health Director Dr. Mehmet Erşan, Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Ali İhsan Kabakcı, Vice Rector of our University Prof. Dr. Erk Hasanoğlu, Director of Bünyan Women's Closed Prison Güler Bora and volunteers involved in the Sky Orchestra Project participated in the event.
The program started with the skiers descending from the summit with our glorious Turkish flag accompanied by the Gendarmerie teams and handing over the flag to the Chief Public Prosecutor Mr. Habib KORKMAZ, and continued with the distribution of toys to children by the protocol, and then the children were sledded with sleds. The children were then taken around the Erciyes Ski Center with snowmobiles belonging to the gendarmerie.
