A Partnership Building Activity for youth workers was held in Ramnicu Sarat, Romania, between 26 October 2023 - 6 November 2023. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adil Oran from the Department of Business Administration, Lecturer Elif ÖZKOÇ from Youth Factory and Batuhan BULUT from Erasmus Office attended the event on behalf of Abdullah Gul University. 30 participants from 9 different countries attended the event.
During the program, events such as the promotion of European Union values, promotion of sustainability, competencies that youth worker should have, project writing, democracy and human rights-based workshops, press conferences, experience sharing activities with local stakeholders, intercultural days and debates were organized.
